The procedure for receiving applications from individuals and legal entities             

          The admission of citizens to the khokimiyat of the Narpay district is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan"On the appeals of individuals and legal entities” (No.UP-445 dated 11.09.2017).             

              Individuals and legal entities can contact the district administration from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 through the general administration department.             

            Also, on Mondays, the reception of appeals from the khokim of the district and heads of sectors is held in the People's Reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Narpay district. The reception will start at 10:00 and will last until the last applicant.             

          In addition, in accordance with the approved plan, a regular visiting reception of the heads of byuarcha sectors in the district is organized, in particular, the khokim of the district – the head of sector 1 in the mahalla on the territory of the sector.       In addition to these opportunities, for individuals and legal entities, the district administration via telegram bot (https://t.me/Narpay_tuman_hokimligi) or the possibility of submitting an application.             

          Accounting and control over the passage and consideration of applications, proposals and complaints of individuals and legal entities is carried out in the following order:             

         Registration, accounting and control over the execution of applications, proposals and complaints of individuals and legal entities coming to the khokimiyat of Narpay tumani is carried out by the department for dealing with appeals of the khokimiyats of the regions.             

            The organization of work with applications, proposals, and complaints of individuals and legal entities, control over their execution, as well as the reception by the heads of district khokimiyats of representatives of individuals and legal entities are determined by a separate provision. Applications and complaints from individuals and legal entities - within fifteen days from the date of receipt, and if necessary, further study and (or) verification, request for additional documents - within up to one month;                   

          Offers from individuals and legal entities -for up to one month, except for those that require further study;                                   Telegrams demanding an immediate decision - within up to two days, and the rest - within 10 days.
